This timely documentary focuses on the oil industry in Louisiana before the massive oil leak. Filmmaker Joshua Tickell tells his story of growing up in New Orleans and his quest to promote biodiesel fuel as an alternative to oil.

Pancakes for Peace FUNDRAISER
On Saturday, December 4, 2010, 9 a.m. – Noon, Gone Wired Cafe in Lansing will again serve “Pancakes for Peace” as a fundraiser for the Peace Education Center.
Gone Wired Cafe is at 1020 E. Michigan Avenue, Lansing, Michigan. Colleen at Gone Wired will be serving up pancakes from 9 a.m. – noon. Suggested donation is $8, or whatever you wish to donate.
