Michigan Rallies in Solidarity with Wisconsin Workers, Unions

Below are scenes from the February 26, 2011, solidarity rally in support of Wisconsin workers and unions, and in support of bargaining rights in general. A few thousand showed up on a cold, winter day in Michigan to show solidarity for Wisconsin workers and unions, and labor rights in general.

Chuck Warpehoski from the Ann Arbor area’s Interfaith Council for Peace and Justice addresses the solidarity rally. Chuck was part of the Ann Arbor contingent that attended the event. Chuck is at the microphone at the bottom-center of the picture.

Peace Education Center board members Kathie Kuhn and Barb Thibeault were on hand for the rally.
